Mont Verra – Beacon Hill

Sitting at of the precipice of Beacon Hill – Mont Verra apartments offer panoramic views of the harbour and Kowloon East. We were commissioned to create lighting solutions across the esteemed Penthouse Apartment.

The client wanted lighting designs which enhanced every detail of the apartments. Wallpapers needed to stand out without overpowering the space. Marble in the bathrooms had to be lit beautifully without harsh reflections. Bedrooms needed a soft, relaxing feel, but still enough light for practical tasks like reading at night.

Living spaces required a statement piece that matched the scale of the rooms, while offices needed functional and welcoming lighting for shelving and work areas.

In the living areas, a large chandelier anchors the room and matches its scale, while softer layers of light create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Feature wallpapers are brought to life with subtle grazing light that reveals their texture and pattern without overwhelming the space, adding depth and visual interest.

Bedrooms are designed with a calm ambient glow, paired with focused reading lights for night-time use. The office features integrated shelving lights that highlight objects and improve workspace visibility, keeping the area both functional and welcoming. In the bathrooms, a careful balance of vertical and overhead lighting avoids glare on the marble, enriching its natural depth and colour while maintaining a serene, flattering environment.
